Earth Tech’s successful approach to Projects

At Earth Tech we are proud of our successful delivery of over one hundred projects varying in value from £100k to £100m, across the UK and in Europe, in both the municipal and industrial sectors.

We provide teams to deliver programmes of work and individual projects within fixed price lump sum, re-imbursable, and target costs contracts. Our success is measured by and based on repeat business with clients, partners, suppliers and subcontractors.
The ethics and principles espoused by Letham and Egan have been embraced within our culture and customer focus, supply chain alliances, partnering, performance measurement, value engineering, team-building and continuous improvement are not just words but the way we work.

Proven track record

We have a proven track record in delivering design and build, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational support as a seamless service to ensure safety, time, cost and quality to meet your requirements.

The core of project management, engineering and procurement activities are controlled centrally to ensure best practises are applied to all our projects. Dedicated project managers and project engineers lead the project team from contract award to completion ensuring that customers needs are understood and achieved.

An integrated suite of project tools enable the multi-disciplined teams to track time and costs to ensure that programmes and budgets are controlled and value for money achieved. Our success relies on ensuring a clear understanding of the scope of work, employment of the resources best suited to carry out the function, clear understanding of roles and responsibilities of staff and the supply chain and the minimisation of risk.

In-house Engineering Capability

Our in-house engineering capability includes civil, structural, process, mechanical, electrical and control. By combining with specialist contractors and suppliers we mix and match to ensure that we carry out projects efficiently by using the people best suited to perform the work. Having an extensive design capability we are able to support our site activities by a combination of dedicated site specialist and originating designers ensuring continuity and focus.

Over the years we have also developed our own installation capability which we use to supplement local contractor capability as necessary.

The Contracting division benefits greatly from the engineering services which we also provide. We are able to combine the commercial and innovative skills of a contractor with the long term customer focused relationships derived as a consultant.
