agreements, many of our contracts fall under a public/private partnership,
whereby ownership and ultimate control of the facilities are retained
by the public-sector client. Our service agreements are tailored to
meet your specific financial and operational needs.
Internationally,
where utility system privatization is well advanced, Earth Tech holds
20- to 30-year concessions for potable water supply and wastewater treatment
for municipalities and for industry. Under Earth Tech's long-term concession
projects, we often serve in the role of the customer's water and wastewater
utility, responsible for direct service to end customers, including system-wide
O&M, metering, billing, and collection activities.
